SRRC Strategic Plan 2026-2030

Swan River Rowing Club has finalised its Strategic Plan 2026–2030 setting out the Club’s purpose, vision, values and priorities for the next five years. The plan reflects SRRC’s commitment to lifelong rowing, personal excellence, inclusion, well-being and high performance across Juniors, Seniors and Masters rowing. It also recognises the Club’s important role in supporting rowing pathways from Learn to Row through to Olympic and international competition, while continuing to foster lifelong participation and enjoyment of the sport.

The plan is built around five strategic pillars: Participation & Pathways, Performance & Excellence, People & Culture, Facilities & Financial Sustainability, and Governance & Responsibility. Together, these provide a clear framework for how SRRC will grow participation, support athletes and coaches, strengthen club culture, maintain sustainable facilities and finances, and uphold safe, accountable and inclusive governance.
