Maintenance Requests

At SRRC we take great pride in the quality of our boat fleet, equipment, clubrooms and facilities. We want to know if there are any issues or concerns so they can be addressed as soon as possible.

Use this form to report any maintenance issues, equipment faults, or concerns relating to the club rooms, gym, or associated facilities. Submissions are monitored by the relevant volunteers, and will help ensure issues are identified, prioritised, and addressed in a timely manner. Please provide as much detail as possible.

If you think this issue reflects a safety concern, please also lodge an incident report. Over-reporting is better than under-reporting. Thank you for taking the time to look out for one another and for the club.
