Membership

The Swan River Rowing Club has a large and diverse membership, encompassing elite, social, veteran, and school rowing groups.

 

It is one of the strongest rowing clubs in Western Australia and has the most state and national representatives.

 

Most of our members train in the mornings, at 5.30am on weekdays and usually 7am on weekends.

 

The regatta season runs from April to September, with SRRC hosting a long distance regatta at the Canning Bridge location in May.

Our membership fees for 2009 are as follows:

 

Active membership                   $435.

 

Social membership                    $70.00

 

Tertiary student membership $310.00

 

Secondary student                     $275.00.

 

There is a $50 nomination fee for joining the club.
